IN-VISION DESIGNS specializes in event collateral design, branding and graphic design, and community engagement services. All services are tailored to meet your specific needs, and any deliverables will be detailed in a written agreement or project proposal.

  • You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or harmful activities, including but not limited to spreading viruses, hacking, or infringing on intellectual property rights.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your project proposal or invoice.

  • A deposit may be required to secure services, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or as specified in the agreement.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in your agreement.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • For Design and Branding Services: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund eligibility will depend on the project’s progress at the time of cancellation.

  • For Event Services: Deposits for event-related services are non-refundable, as they secure your booking and cover preparatory work.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed services or deliverables.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and timely feedback to ensure the success of your project.

  • Ensure that any content you provide (e.g., logos, text, images) does not infringe on the rights of third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

  • Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including technical issues or third-party service interruptions.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

  • We encounter unforeseen circumstances that make it impossible to continue the project.
